TBST buffer

TBST is commonly used as a (nitrocellulose, nylon, PVDF) membrane wash buffer during Western Blot.

TBS-T 1X Buffer Recipe

To Make 1L of TBST add the following:

• 100 ml 10x TBS
• 10 ml 10% Tween20 (final 0.1% v/v)
• dissolve with 890 ml double distilled-H2O (ddH20)
