DNA gel loading buffer

DNA gel loading buffer is buffer used to mix with your loading samples.

10X No DYE DNA Gel Loading Buffer Recipe

Add:

• 20 mL 50X TAE
• 40g Sucrose

Fill with millipore or autoclaved water H20 to 100 mL.

NOTE: This DNA Gel Loading Buffer is not colored. Useful if you are having problems due to the dna gel loading dye blocking the visualization of your band.
