DTT is short for Dithiothreitol

To make 1M DTT (20 mL)

Dissolve 3.085 g 1,4-dithio-DL-threitol (DTT, MW = 154.25) in 20 ml of 10 mM sodium acetate (pH 5.2).

• Divide in aliquots of 1 ml and sterilize by filtration.
• Store at – 20°C.
