10X Running Buffer Recipe

To prepare 1 L of 10x running buffer you need to mix the following:

• 30 g of Tris base
• 144.0 g of glycine
• add 10 g of SDS
• dilute to 1L of distilled water

Set the pH of the buffer to 8.3. Store the running buffer at room temperature and dilute to 1X before use.
