10X TBS buffer

10X TBS buffer is a stock of TBS. TBS is used to make TBST, a wash buffer in western blot.

10X TBS buffer Recipe

To make 10 L of 10X TBS buffer, add the following together: (note: 10L with last a very long time!)

• 876.6 g NaCl (FW 58.44),
• 121.1 g Tris,
• 40 ml HCl

And pH to pH 8.0
