10X TBST buffer

Stock solution for TBST buffer. Commonly used in western blot as a membrane wash solution.

10X TBST Buffer Recipe

To make 10x TBST (wash buffer), add the following together:

• 12.11 g Tris
• 87.66 g NaCl
• 5 mL Tween-20
• 1 g Na-azide

Bring up the mix with 1 liter ddH20 distilled water

To make 1x TBST, add 100 mL of 10x TBST to 900 mL of distilled water to make 1L 1X solution.
