It's pretty common for people to think that, apparently. Plus, with the guy in this article saying that this is "a positive sign" I would suggest saying "HPV Vaccine Decreases Abnormal Pap Results". It’s pretty common for people to think that, apparently.

Plus, with the guy in this article saying that this is “a positive sign” I would suggest saying “HPV Vaccine Decreases Abnormal Pap Results”.

A positive result is one that is positive for abnormalities. This is pretty standard throughout medicine, which leaves me wondering who wrote this article.
