Protocol for the preparation of Metabolically Competent Protoplasts Protocolul pentru pregătirea Metabolically competente Protoplasts
- Take fresh leaves from 4-5 week old aseptically growing plants. Ia frunze proaspete de la 4-5 săptămâni aseptic vechi plante de cultură.
