    v brieseV Briese,w straubeW Straube,

On the strength of references to estimations of glucose in amniotic fluid carried out to support the prenatal diagnostic regime we have proved if there was a correlation between concentrations of alpha 1 fetoprotein (AFP) and glucose in course of gestational weeks 15th to 22nd. The glucose content was constant relatively. It couldn't be found any correlation between AFP and glucose. Low glucose levels were estimated in some pathologic cases.
