    Enhancement effect of easily volatile elements I (boiling point = 184.35 degrees C) and S (boiling point = 444.67 degrees C) on spectral line intensities of various trace elements in laser source plasma were investigated by experiments. In order to discuss mechanism of enhancement effect, some of the plasma parameters (Texc,ne) were measured.
