Secretory IgA (S-IgA) was quantitatively determined by means of single radial immuno-diffusion from 24-hour urine samples taken from 71 women in the eighth of 42nd weeks of pregnancy or between and fourth and tenth days puerperium. S-IgA values recorded from patients with urinary tract infection were increased with significance.
