Protocol for purification of synthetic oligonucleotides by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. As a rule of thumb, oligonucleotides >25 nucleotides should be purified by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, as should oligonucleotides of any length that yield anomalous results.
