you line the inside of the tyre with a magnetic strips that will be the same side.
so with magnets, the same side always pushes away.
so you make the centre part that the wheel goes on to, be the powerful magnet. the most powerful magnet is 500,000 gauss, you would not need that much force / gauss anyway.
you would then line the tyre with a thin thin piece of the same side magnet, but it does not have to be as strong as the centre piece. so even if it was 0.1% gauss it will be force away from the centre part that is more gauss.
I don't know if it will still spin the wheel because of the force pushing it away, or if it will have any force on the shaft that turns it.
saying that i would say it would have know force at all, & would allow the car wheel to spin with ease.
you use kevlar as a lining in army wheels.
well the grip will be better, because as you turn & the force pushes down on the rubber, the force would push it back forcing it up, more, then a rubber tube would.
