EDTA Stock Solution 0.5 M Stock EDTA Solution 0,5 M

0.5 M EDTA Stock Recipe (100 mL) : 0,5 M EDTA Stock Recipe (100 ml):

• Dissolve 16.81 g of EDTA Rastopiti 16,81 g EDTA
• Add distilled water to 90 mL Dodaj destilirana voda do 90 mL

Uses : TBST is a buffer for washing western blot membranes. Upotrebe: TBST je tampon za pranje zapadnoj izbrisat membrane.

LB Broth Recipe (1 L) : LB Recept goveđa supa (1 L):

• Dissolve 10 g Bacto-tryptone Izgubiti se 10 g Bacto-tryptone
• 5 g Bacto-yeast Extract 5 g Bacto-Ekstrakt kvasca
• 5 grams NaCl 5 grama NaCl
• Adjust volume to 1 L with Water Podesite glasnoću na 1 L vode
