 Please tell me the scientific/zoological name of this caterpillar Hello everyone, I need to know the general name and "scientific/zoological name" of this caterpillar that i found near farms in india. I doubt it as any species of hornworm. As Tomato farms are (along with paddy and others) very common here, i think it may be Tomato hornworm but i am not sure. There is a nice picture and related info abou the species here - [Only registered users see links. ]. as u see it is pretty similar to the caterpillar you've posted. Hope it will help you! |
