How can I become a "surrogate" mom for a lion cub or other wild animals?

I want to be a surrogate mother for orphaned wild baby animals. I really would like to work with lions, but any animal really would work. Where can I find information to do so as a job? I want to do what they do on Growing Up: Lion. What type of schooling is required?
or a surrogate for a wolf! That would also be amazing.
Wildlife rehabilitator for orphaned animals is a better way of putting it i guess.
