Default Desert tortoise or similar - amount of body fat?

does anyone have any idea of the amount of BODY FAT (percentage or otherwise) a desert tortoise has?
it doesn't have to be a desert tortoise, any similar creature (turtle, other type of tortoise etc) will suffice.
please help!
thank you xx
