Morpholinos to change splicing
 

Does anyone know if splice donors or acceptors are more likely to cause inclusion of an intron? I have two morpholinos to the same exon in a gene and one is causing inclusion of the intron and the other exclusion of the exon. We would like to synthesize another MO to this gene to cause a frameshift but are unsure as to whether we should target the splice donor or acceptor?
