 primary antibody I am not a member of the zebrafish research community. I do, however, teach developmental biology and will use zebrafish in my > teaching lab. I wish to do experiments on simple chemical teratogenesis and would like to use whole mount indirect immunofluorescence as the end point. My experience with this technique is minimal and funds are limited, I seek a protocol and a useful/inexpensive primary antibody to use. Any help? Ralph Sorensen Gettysburg College  |
