 G418 and fish cells -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good afternoon, I wonder if anybody has tried to do killing curve using G418 in fish cells. Can you suggest me the concentration to start with? I am now using 25-200ug/ml but the cells seem OK after 2 weeks. Thank you very much. Nok ---  |
