| -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Has anyone used the ELF 97 In Situ Hybridization Kit to detect hybridized riboprobes in zebrafish embryos? I am looking for a protocol to follow. Specifically, I am trying to label one probe with fast red, and then label a second probe with the ELF kit so that I can do 2 color fluorescent imaging. Also, is 70% glycerol suitable for mounting embryos that have been subjected to the ELF reagents or will the precipitate "leak out"? Thanks!
