 anti-Far1 antibodies for S. cerevisiae Hi, does anyone know of a reliable, commercially available antibody for the Cln/Cdc28-specific inhibitor, Far1? I've only found SCBT to sell such an antibody (both are goat polyclonals); however, the antibodies that SCBT generates in goat to N- and C-terminal epitopes of yeast proteins have not worked well for me in the past. Alternatively, if anyone can send me a little bit of anti-Far1 that they raised themselves, I would be most grateful! Thanks.  |
