 mRNA extraction Hi all, I am wondering if anyone out there does any qrt-pcr and has a good method for preparation of total RNA from yeast. I have a pretty good idea what I want to do, and I think I will try it tomorrow, but my Phenol:Chloroform is pH 7-8. I guess I can just add acid to it to lower the pH?  |
