| I am trying to see expression of a common gene in 4 different saccharomyces cerevisiae strains. But the problem is my housekeeping gene(two) which I selected is giving variation of Ct value in each strains. Is ther any one who gone through same experience? Any idea of a stable house keeping gene, irrespective of strains or phase(log vs stationary). ![]() Thanks Subit |
