| i have integrated a SSN6 domain with ADH1 promoter and hCMV promoter into the genome of yeast. For my further expts i need to chek their growth on nonfermantable carbo source.but i have doneintegrative transformation at least 4 times succesfully ,but then they dont grow on growth on nonfermatable carbon source. So my query is that ,Does the integration of SSN6 into the yeast genome affect such phenotype that it renders no growth on nonfermatable carbon source???(because SSN6 is a genral transcrition co repressor). Thanks You can reply me at [Only registered users see links. ] |
