| Dear all, I am looking for vector sequences of the Mumbach et al. yeast shuttle vectors (such as p416-ADH/p413-CYC etc). They are deposited in ATCC, but no sequence information is available. Unfortunately the authors have disappered, Google comes up emtpy as well.... though many people are using these vectors. The references are: Mumberg, D., R. Muller and M. Funk (1995). "Yeast vectors for the controlled expression of heterologous proteins in different genetic backgrounds." Gene 156(1): 119-22. and Mumberg, D., R. Muller and M. Funk (1994). "Regulatable promoters of Saccharomyces cerevisiae: comparison of transcriptional activity and their use for heterologous expression." Nucleic Acids Res 22(25): 5767-8. If anyone should have the sequences, I'd be most grateful! Thank you!
