| I've just started working on Y2H with Stratagene's Cytotrap system. This system uses the cdc25H strain in combination with URA3 as selection marker on the target-plasmid. However, I seem to get quite some background growth of cdc25H on SD lacking uracil. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
