 Yeast genomic library with HIS3 or TRP1 marker Hi everybody, We are looking for a S.cerevisiae genomic library, with either HIS3 or TRP1 marker. A 2-microns origin would be the best, but ARS-CEN would also be OK. Does anyone know if such a library exists and where to find it ? We would really appreciate any information. Thanks in advance.
