 Transformation I've read many protocols about trasformation in pichia pastoris. However i didn't to stabilish one that give me good results. In my electroporation i've never had transformants colonies and when i achieve some result in my electroporation i have colonies in my negative control (electroporation with water). Somebody can help me? some suggestions about it? Thx  |
