| Hi, 1st time poster, long time lurker. I've recently been doing immunoblotting on mouse liver lysates. I'm using an antibody cocktail of my 2 target proteins and my loading control: beta-actin. The problem is that the beta-actin is coming out as a triple band. All very close to each other, but far enough to resolve. The bands are also of equal intensity. I can't figure out what's going on here and after frantic google searching I've come here, hoping to see if anyone has an answer. Thanks |
