 antibody incubation Hello everybody, I am trying to study the expression of calpain and disferlin by western blot. I performed a first incubation with tubulin and calpain, but I only obtained hybridization of tubulin. Before the stripping of the membrane to incubate again with calpain, I would like to incubate the membrane with disferlin but I donīt know if I have to incubate again with tubulin or just using disferlin. Thank you!  |
