What happens if you leave lysis out in room temperature for a long time?

I had lysis left out in room temperature for about 2-4 hours after thawing. Is there going to be a detection problem for phospho protein, especially pAKT and p4EBP1, the next time I run these samples? Or am I forced to create a new batch of lysis?
