Default westerblot band at high molecular weight.



my self is ramu. i working with six1 transcriptional factor.i have a problem in westernblot. Six1 MW is approx 37 kd. But i never get the band at 37kd but getting a single band approx 75 kd even in positive control cell line HEK 293 also( anti body from santacruz). i dont know no how to solve this problem. can you any one suggest reason or salvation to my problem please.
