 Storing PVDF membrane for more than 3 weeks Hi everyone, I am new to Western blotting and I was wondering what is the best way to store a PVDF membrane that I already probed once with an antibody. I want to reprobe the membrane with another antibody but I will be away from the lab for a prolonged period. I am currently storing it in 1X TBS in 4degrees. I also have not stripped the membrane of the antibodies from the last western yet. Any suggestions? Thanks!  |
