| Hello, this is my first time posting. I have a question as to what happened here on this blot especially at the bottom. We loaded 100ug of protein and I was wondering if this was a result of too much. We loaded max total into premade bis-tris gel. When it ran, it was very smeary and blobby as well. I've attached a photo. I apologize for the horrible quality. |

| Probably. Try 40ug. If that doesn't work please post your protocol. |
