 Western Blot - Vertical Streaking Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have been trying to runa western for the NLRP3 protein which makes up the inflammasome. However mostly all im getting are vertical streaks (see pic) The samples are supernatants from cultured macrophages lysed in m-TER (Thermo Scientific) and the precipitated from acetone and dissolved in 1X laemlli buffer! I have ran a few times but nothing seems to correct it. I am using a NuPAGE system Thanks ashleigh  |
