Can I use the same nitrocellulose membrane twice for protein transfer?
I had a mistake during the first time transfer: the electrodes were reversed so I got nothing on the blot. Of cause I am going to run my protein samples again. But I just wonder if that same nitrocellulose membrane can be used again for transfer ?
Hope someone can help with the issue. Thanks!
