| Hi, I had a mistake during the first time transfer: the electrodes were reversed so I got nothing on the blot. Of cause I am going to run my protein samples again. But I just wonder if that same nitrocellulose membrane can be used again for transfer ? Hope someone can help with the issue. Thanks! Hai |

| Sure you can use it..But for better results use new blot.. |
