 Western blot with more strong bands What can I do to intensify the bands of my western blot? I managed to get a good result for protein and need to repeat the result for the other two. I make the revelation in the nitrocellulose membrane with DAB and cloronaftol. I try to use streptavidin secondary antibody before? Thanks  |
