 Monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for Westerns? Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are available for my protein of interest and for my loading control protein - actin- but I'm not sure which will give me the best results.  Also, there are so many companies making antibodies to beta actin out there - any favorites?  |
