| Hi, I'm using HRP antibodies with SuperSignal West Femto Maximum Sensitivity Substrate and film detection. Since moving the lab my blots are suddenly much weaker. I have tried with plant material, antibodies, fempto substrate and developer/fix from the old lab, but it does not help. One thing that has changed is the cassette I'm using. Does anyone know if the age or type of screens in the casstte is important for ECL western? Thanks |
