 Which is my band??? Hi, I'm performing westerns to detect IkBalpha and p-IkBalpha, but I have problems in identifying the right band, also because sometimes I didn't see the standard...could you help me please????? I attach my blots! Thank you everybody! PS The molecular wheight indicated in the data sheet is 37kDa!  |

| Re: Which is my band??? What is supposed to be in each lane? Are any of these negative controls? You really need a negative control to decide whether any of the bands are real. |

| Re: Which is my band??? Is the first lane a ladder...what is the scale of the ladder supposed to be? you said your band of interest was around 37kDa...do you have apparent weights for the 2 bands that you do see? |
