 DR5 (TRAIL-R1) Antibody - MCF-7 cells - multiple bands When performing a western blot on MCF-7 whole cell lysates I see a prominent band at around 37kDa and theree addl bands above it, the last one around 50kDa. However, when I run a 293 cell whole cell lysate (harvested the same way as with the MCF-7 cells), I see a prominent band around 50kDa. What could be happening?  |
