 alpha 1 a I am trying to do a western blot analysis of the diaphragm tissue with alpha one a. I have received signal with B4 with the same tissue. I am getting no signal with alpha 1a. Does anyone have experience with this. The protocol is the same throughout the western blot except for different secondary antibodies. Thanks Amber  |

| Re: alpha 1 a To add more details: I use TBS-T as my blocking buffer and to dilute the antibodies. I also use it to wash. This has never been a problem before. I also use a 1:200 concentration for Alpha 1a and a 1:20,000 for a goat anti rabbit secondary antibody. I leave the membrane in both antibodies for 1hr at room temp. |
