What are the advantages and disadvantages of adding Tris-Base (pH adjusted at 6.8 with HCl)?
And Some suggest to add B-mercaptoethanol fresh to Laemmli, i.e. you have have your Laemmli stock prepared to wich you add B-mercaethanol whenever you use some? Do you have to readjust pH then?
I was told that there was no difference in using a traditional Laemmli (SDS sample) buffer and LDS sample (NuPAGE) with SDS-PAGE (with my protein at least).What's the difference between a SDS Sample buffer and LDS Sample buffer? :
Don't tell me SDS vs LDS, I mean what does it change?
