Default weird bands visible on blot after ECL



Hello,

I sometimes have bands appearing after ECL, visible on the blot, but w/o need to use camera just visible by eye...someone could tell me why?

Hello,
the glowing of extra bands has happened to me also. You should check your secondary antibody concentration / dilution and bring it a bit down and/or increase your blocking conditions (add up to 5% blotto milk) during your secondary antibody incubation.

They appear on the exact place of the cemiluminescent bands?
Lol, I'm probably wrong, but I always thought, that HRP+substrate kind of burn it out Although it does disappear after stripping
