| Hello, I usually re use few times my antibody mix..OK, for some antibodies it doesn't works but normally it's ok..Now, my antibody is in milk 5%, do you think that is ok to store it as -20°C?? because when I keep it at 4 degrees, the solution is good only for 1-2 weeks because after that, milk is..yummi! disgusting!! Is 5% of milk is ok to be freeze?? Thank you |

| Hello Santhi, the best way to do this is to freeze aliquots for usage. Also you can freeze titrated/diluted antibodies in the -20 however they don't last very long. I have known some people that reuse (expensive) antibody preps after shaking (after use they freeze the mixture then thaw to reuse), however it doesn't always work well. I would aliquot and freeze into the -20 or -80. |
