 Re: Western Blot Membrane Stripping Reprobing Disadvantages sometimes results are not reproducible after stripping.If you need to compare in between samples,you have to be careful.So next time if you repeat your expt,start blotting with the Abs you use later. For some 2D gels stripping did not work at all in my case.Frustrating,specially if it takes lots of work and time, rare experience though.One should be careful to indicate protein conc after stripping.Hope this will help you.
