Default double bands in western blot

Hi,

I have been obtaining double bands in my western blots recently which were not seen in the previous experiments. I experiment with the cell lysates. Any reasons appreciated.

Thanks.

wow could be a number of thing here. is it the same batch of cell lysates? is it properly kept? it could be due to degradation if not properly keep and ur cell lysing method maybe too harsh this time. how about ur marker does it look like double or still the same?

if you can tell us what is the size of both the band would be nice. too many possibilities
