| Hi everyone, my western blot is clean, too clean! i dont see anything...i think i know the problem but does any one have anymore ideas? thanks in advance kiki |

| Did you get the molecular weight markers? Try staining the membrane and see if you have anyproteins. |

| I had this same problem, too. It turned out to be our ECL problem. |
