| Hi We are experiencing some difficult problems with western blots. After analysis we think that the problem might be due to the reuse of our antibodies. Has anyone already had this sort of issue? Is antibody reutilization recommended for western blotting? How do you reuse / store them? thanks in advance |

| Hey dude, it really depends on the antibody you are using. We often reuse our antibodies, however some are only good for one western blot! It really depends on the quality and stability of the antibodies and how they are stored. What problems exactly do you have with the reuse - no bands / light bands? |
